No pictures were allowed inside the Taj Mahal, but there is amazing inlay work on all of the marble. Inside the Taj is a replica of the tombs of both Shah Jahan and his wife. There is also a staircase down to their actual tombs, but tourists are not allowed there.
As we were leaving, my guide needed to pick up his cell phone from the security checkpoint (he wasn't allowed to carry it in). I took these pictures of cows walking by while I waited. They're kind of bony -- definitely not Happy California Cows.
This was where my trip to Agra ended. We drove for three and a half hours back to Delhi and arrived at around 8pm.
