Sapient occupies all six floors of the building. On the top floor is the cafeteria and a balcony where people eat. Looking down from the balcony, one can see the taxi stand where taxi drivers wait all day to drive people home (see lower left).
In the lower right picture, you can see the empty lot next to the Sapient building where people have pitched tents. They seem to live there with some cows and wild pigs. I spent a while watching the kids chase after the pigs.
