Miranda with Scissors

We bought scissors for the kids. These are spring-loaded so the only thing they need to do is squeeze them to cut paper. We emphasizes pretty strongly that they are to be used only on paper (not books, not hair), but Agnes did still find a few strands of hair on the first day. Miranda was more interested in the scissors and when I showed her how to cut on a line across a piece of paper, she wanted to do that over and over. She is probably a little more capable with the scissors than Eleanor at this point.
