Throwing Rocks

My parents have a box of rocks that they got from somewhere and my dad was encouraging them to try throwing them into a plastic bin. While I'm sure it helps with their throwing and their aim, it just doesn't seem like the best idea to tell kids it's okay to throw rocks indoors.
