Baby Chop Suey

Based on a recipe from Sophia, Agnes' made a big batch of "baby chop suey". Chicken and a bunch of mixed vegetables are put through a food processor and added to white rice with some extra liquid. The whole thing is cooked down until it's pretty soft, and then divvied up into meal-sized portions. Our freezer was full of the stuff. Miranda eats it (and put on a lot of weight this month), but Eleanor won't.
