Bottlefeeding Eleanor

By the third day, both Miranda and Eleanor had lost about 8% of their original body weight. Much of this is water and meconium working their way out of their system, but as Agnes' breastmilk hadn't come in, they were just losing weight a little too quickly. They were getting very fussy from being hungry as well. We started supplementing the breastfeeding with a couple of bottles. This is me feeding Eleanor.
