Cutting Miranda's Umbilical Cord

I was then asked to cut Miranda's umbilical cord short. It didn't cut through is a single snip, as it's kind of tough. I felt bad because Miranda was crying. I know it's healthy for her to cry and she can't feel the cord being cut, but I still felt bad that she had to wait for me to finish cutting it.
