INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 lb sliced cooked chicken
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 6 T soy sauce
- 6 T sherry or sake
- 6 eggs
- 6 servings of white rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the chicken thinly
- Slice mushrooms and onions
- Boil sherry, soup stock and soy sauce
- Put chicken mushrooms and onions into mixture
- Divide into 6 portions
- Put one portion into frying pan and set on stove
- Beat an egg lightly and add it to the pan
- When the egg is half-cooked, transfer all ingredients into individual bowls of hot rice
