INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 shallot
- one plum tomato
- one jalapeņo pepper
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Scoop out the flesh from 2 avocados
- Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic and toss in with the avocado
- Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon
- Dice shallot and toss in with the mixture
- Add minced jalapeņo, more or less depending on how spicy you want your guacamole
- Add a sprinkle of salt to taste
- Mush it all together
- Toss in some diced tomato at the end
- Cover and let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour
- Serve with chips
Note: This makes enough for about 5 people to enjoy with a handful of chips.
