INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 shallot
  • one plum tomato
  • one jalapeņo pepper
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Scoop out the flesh from 2 avocados
  2. Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic and toss in with the avocado
  3. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon
  4. Dice shallot and toss in with the mixture
  5. Add minced jalapeņo, more or less depending on how spicy you want your guacamole
  6. Add a sprinkle of salt to taste
  7. Mush it all together
  8. Toss in some diced tomato at the end
  9. Cover and let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour
  10. Serve with chips

Note: This makes enough for about 5 people to enjoy with a handful of chips.
