These are residents from the Pediatric Ward, who did a skit about the evil Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, who, partly because of lack of support from the Bush Administration, little help from the State of California, and of course, politics, are threatening to close down Monster Medical Center, the best hospital in Monsteropolis.
