INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 lb sliced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 6 T soy sauce
  • 6 T sherry or sake
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 servings of white rice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the chicken thinly
  2. Slice mushrooms and onions
  3. Boil sherry, soup stock and soy sauce
  4. Put chicken mushrooms and onions into mixture
  5. Divide into 6 portions
  6. Put one portion into frying pan and set on stove
  7. Beat an egg lightly and add it to the pan
  8. When the egg is half-cooked, transfer all ingredients into individual bowls of hot rice
